FAQ - what do you do in the #Gym this is somewhat of a light #gymflow #circuit… No particular “day” arms if anything.. But I did lots of lower body as well… I do 20 minutes of cardio to warm up.. Then do super sets of all these other #exercises or maybe 5 sets of ten… Lol idk sometimes I just go til failure.. Then cool down with 20 minutes of cardio… Usually the #treadmill I like walking backwards on an incline of 27 you can feel it killing those #glutes and lifting the booty… I also like to #sideshuffle on the #treadmill.. πŸ„Great for hips… #benchpress #shoulderpress #plank #elliptical #lunges #pushups #frontsquats #curls… just keep your body moving.. The weight I use are usually press are super light 25-35lbs and the hand weights are 8-12lbs #gymspiration video with more workouts otw!!
